Late Package:
If your order delivery deadline has passed and you still haven't received your package, we suggest you try the following (it's worked for other customers in the past:
- As this is a normal occurrence, check with other members of your household to see if they have received the package.
- Make sure the shipping information on your Order Confirmation is accurate.
- Ask your nearest post office if they can provide some more details about your package's whereabouts, and make sure you have your tracking number handy.
- Check with your doorman, your garage, or a side door (if applicable). The postal service occasionally leaves orders there.
Lost package:
