Our designs are made from scratch especially for you!

Personalized designs with inscriptions: 5-10 Business Days

Custom cut designs: 10-20 business days

Please note: The above timeline does not include postal or courier delivery times.

Once the order is placed, you will have 24 hours for cancellation or to make any changes.

After the first 24 hours; we will start processing your order. The laser designing and electroplating process will then begin.

Once we complete the production of your special piece and it meets our quality standards; we will ship it. You will receive a shipping confirmation email / text with the tracking details. You will be able to track every step of you order on our tracking page using your order number and email id / phone number.
